It’s all about PWP: plot with (more) plot. I actually prefer UST or pre-slash. All that lovely build-up.

I mean, sex is fine, but I much prefer the build-up. Unless sex has a purpose in the story or very high emotional outpouring, I really don’t care about it…. Like, take The Student Prince for example. It has quite a bit of sex in it, but it also is about 145,000 words long and at least 2/3 of that is just the build-up between them.
